3. Service Descriptions and Scope
Our advisory services are described on this website as a general guide. The precise scope of work for any engagement is defined in a written scope document agreed between Aentis and the client prior to commencement. In the event of any conflict between website descriptions and a signed scope document, the signed scope document takes precedence.
Our three current service offerings are as follows:
Workflow Review
RM 520A focused review of a single operational workflow. Includes one mapping session and a written findings note. Scope is limited to the process agreed at engagement.
Process Improvement Engagement
RM 2,480A structured multi-session project examining connected processes. Includes four sessions, stakeholder interviews, a revised process map, and an implementation checklist.
Operations Excellence Programme
RM 4,700A comprehensive engagement across an operational function. Includes twelve sessions, playbooks, measurement approaches, documentation standards, and review checkpoints.
4. Nature of Advisory Services
Our services are advisory in nature. We offer structured analysis, process documentation, and improvement suggestions based on information provided by the client. The application of any recommendation rests with the client organisation.
Aentis does not make representations about specific operational or financial outcomes arising from our work. Results will vary depending on organisational context, implementation decisions, and factors outside our scope of engagement.
Nothing in our materials or conversations should be read as a forecast, prediction, or assurance of any kind.
5. Engagement and Payment Terms
5.1 Commencement
An engagement begins when both parties have agreed on a written scope of work and the initial payment has been received by Aentis. No advisory work commences prior to this.
5.2 Fees
Fees are as stated in the agreed scope document. Prices on this website are indicative and current as of the Last Updated date above. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Payment Schedule
Payment schedules are agreed per engagement. Unless otherwise stated in the scope document, a deposit is payable upon engagement confirmation, with the balance due prior to the final session or deliverable.
5.4 Cancellation
Either party may discontinue an engagement by providing written notice. Work completed and sessions conducted up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at the pro-rated engagement fee. Specific cancellation terms will be set out in the scope document.
6. Confidentiality
Aentis treats all client information shared during an engagement as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, business details, or operational information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

Deliverables produced during a client engagement (such as process maps, checklists, and playbooks) are licensed to the client for internal operational use. Aentis retains ownership of the underlying methodologies and frameworks used to produce them.
Any use of Aentis materials beyond internal operational use requires prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Aentis will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of this website or from reliance on our advisory services.
Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
